It has been another year of being part of your wonderful families and we would like to thank you for such privilege!
If you are enrolling your children again with us next year, please let us know by Thursday, 14th December. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org the day/s your children are attending including any information that needs to be updated i.e. contact details, emergency contacts, persons authorised to collect your children, health conditions, custody arrangements, special needs, room number, etc. As stated in our enrolment terms and conditions, St Andrew’s Kids’ Club will not be held responsible for any untoward incident that may result from wrong or outdated information. It is important that you do this in writing by email.
We kindly request that all invoices are paid on or before Thursday, 14th December. All overdue invoices will incur an additional late payment fee which is 20% of the outstanding amount.
Kohimarama School will hold its Final Assembly at Sacred Heart College in Glendowie on Friday, 15th December. Therefore, there will be no before and after school care on the 15th December. Our last day of childcare service is on the 14th December.
We will be closed from the 15th of December 2017 to the 1st of February 2018 and back at the start of Term 1, 2nd of February 2018.
Beginning next year, we would like to you inform you that we are no longer able to wait for children on road patrol duties. Most of the time, we need to wait for up to three quarters of an hour for children on road patrol. This is clearly not fair for the other children. As children on road patrol are older, they can walk to St Andrew’s Kids’ Club and we will text parents once they arrived. Also, we are no longer able to take any children from after school care to their after school activities due to safety reasons. It is very important that we ensure everyone’s safety at St Andrew’s, both staff and children.
From the 15th of December onwards, the new St Andrew’s Kids’ Club number will be: 021 288 7744.
Agnes will be on maternity leave from the beginning of next term until sometime. She may still work and help us behind the scenes to ensure the smooth running of our programmes.
We look forward to seeing you all again next year and we all wish you and your family a very
Merry Christmas and a Joyful New Year!
Reverend Stephen Baxter
